Gotta love…

… any guy who can still have this much fun when it’s 107F.

Bob Mould

Bob Mould was 1/3 of Hüsker Dü. Today he fronts the Bob Mould Band, who played the ACL Festival after the Kaiser Chiefs. Fantastic show. Tons of fun. Brad and I got right up to the fence. Made you wanna hop all night.

A banging good time

Screaming from the rafters

Fantastic, loud, high energy show.

Every other Kaiser Chiefs show I’ve heard about had that same energy. I’d definitely see them again.

Rock and Freaking Roll

(No, that’s not my hand)

Show the crowd some love

I’ve got a fever…

… And the only cure is more cowbell.

The Kaiser Chiefs

One of the best acts of the festival. Made me want to move to Leeds and become a soccer hooligan.

“Why’s it so bloody hot?”

Well, it doesn’t help that you’re wearing a black long sleeved shirt.

The Doves

First act we saw on Sunday was The Doves. Like most British bands at the festival, the first words out of their mouths went something like, “It’s great to be here in Texas! Why’s it so bloody hot?”
